Detalks LLC ("we," "us," or "our") operates the Neath Wellness mobile application ("App"). We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting it.

Information We Collect

Minimal & Non-medical

We may collect non-medical wellness inputs such as emotional or physical discomforts, user preferences, and selections. We also collect limited technical data such as device type, operating system, and app usage data. We do not collect medical records, diagnoses, or clinical health data.

How We Use Information

Information is used to personalize the App experience, improve functionality and performance, analyze usage trends, and maintain the security and integrity of the App.

Data Sharing

We never sell your data

We do not sell personal data. Information may be shared with trusted third-party service providers solely for analytics, hosting, and app functionality, subject to confidentiality obligations.

International Users

The App is operated from the United States. By accessing or using the App from outside the United States, you consent to the transfer, storage, and processing of your information in the United States.

Children's Privacy

The App is not intended for use by individuals under 18 years of age.

Data retention

We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to provide the Neath Wellness service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

  • Account and profile data: We keep this information for as long as your account remains active. After you delete your account, we delete or anonymize associated personal information within [e.g. 30] days, except where a longer period is required by law or for legitimate security, fraud-prevention, or dispute-resolution purposes.
  • Wellness and app usage data: [Describe what you store—e.g. assessment answers, activity logs, preferences.] This data is retained and is removed or anonymized in line with account deletion, unless a separate retention rule applies as described in this policy.
  • Technical and security logs: [e.g. Server logs, device identifiers, crash diagnostics.] We typically retain these for as long as needed to ensure security and reliability.

When retention periods expire, we delete or irreversibly anonymize data where technically feasible. Some information may persist in encrypted backups for a limited period before automatic overwrite.

Your rights and data deletion

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing.

Deleting your account and personal data

You can delete your Neath Wellness account and request deletion of associated personal data directly in the app:

  1. Open Settings.
  2. Select Delete account (or equivalent).
  3. Confirm the action when prompted.

After confirmation, we permanently delete your account and associated personal data. Some information may be retained where required by law or as described under Data retention.

Other deletion or access requests

If you cannot use the in-app deletion flow, or you wish to exercise other rights (access, correction, portability), contact us at:
